RATES Winter

The weekend rates for the 2013-2014 ski season are $340/night. Non-holiday Sun-Thurs rates are less: $265/nt. Our rates include all taxes, location surchages and cleaning. A full regular week with no holidays during ski season is $1725. Don't be confused by prices which may be quoted at real estate agencies or resort offices that don't include all the charges. Sales taxes, resort fees, and location surcharges can add significantly to the stated price. Our property is comparable to a "gold" Resort offering and is in a premier location. * Note: There is a two-night minimum at all times and a three-night minimum for holidays. Call to check availability for one night. For the 2013-14 seasons, holiday periods are Thanksgiving (Nov 28-30), Christmas (December 25), New Year's Day (January 1), Martin Luther King's Birthday (January 18-20) and President's Day (February 15-17). Exceptions to the minimum night policy are based on availability.

AMENITIES AND DISCOUNTS

As a renter, you get the same access the owners do to Wintergreen facilities operated by the Wintergreen Property Owners Association (WPOA). This includes use of the Chestnut Springs pool and playground and the pool at Rodes Farm. You can also use the outdoor tennis courts at Rodes Farm and adjacent to the Chestnut Springs pool. All other amenities which are operated by Wintergreen Partners, Inc. (WPI) which includes the Wintergarden SPA, the golf courses, ski trails, tennis courts and pools not mentioned above, etc. are extra-cost and the renter's responsibility. These are not included in the rental rates, and our lower rates take this into account. HOWEVER--

THIS IS A "MEMBERS ADVANTAGE" PROPERTY. Renters will get temporary use of two cards (4 PERSONS EACH) granting them:

• Use of the Wintergarden indoor/outdoor pools and nautilus facility year round. (Non-members cannot use the Wintergarden or SPA).
• Preferential A.M tee times on Devils Knob mountain golf course (before 12:30) on holidays and weekends.
• Saturday access to Lake Monocan.
• Complimentary ski shuttle by front door every 10-15 minutes; 2-5 minute ride to lifts
• Ice skating is a new addition in 2010.

These passes belong to the property owner and must be returned at check out. If the passes are lost, the renters will be charged $200 per pass to reimburse the property owner. They cannot be replaced within season.

PAYMENT

A 50% holding deposit is required at time of reservation, balance due 30 days before rental begins. In lieu of larger refundable damage deposits, we now offer purchase of low cost, one-time damage insurance with reservation. RATES-spring, summer, and fall-2013

A full week during these seasons is $1475.

Long-stay discounts are also available. Call us or send us an email to get more information on stays longer than one week. You may also stay for three or more nights Sunday-Thursday except holidays and get one night free.
